      Convo Now: How to set device settings (mic, camera, speaker)

      On the web app:

      1. Go to the top right and click the "down" arrow.
      2. Select and adjust devices for video, speaker, and microphone.

      On the mobile app:

      1. Click the "burger" icon with 3 horizontal lines.
      2. Click "Edit Profile".
      3. Select and adjust devices for video, speaker, and microphone.

      TIP: If you're using a Bluetooth device with your mobile device or computer make sure to do the following:

      1. Turn your Bluetooth device on.
      2. On your mobile device or computer, go to the Bluetooth settings.
      3. Select the name of the Bluetooth device shown on the list, then click connect.

      Note: Make sure your Bluetooth device is fully charged.
