How to use text chat through Convo Now?

During calls, you can go to the left side of the web app or the bottom of the mobile app and click Chat to have a conversation with your interpreter(s). It may be helpful in some situations!

In a situation where you want an interpreter to join a video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), using Chat is an ideal way to share the link and login information if needed.
